In order to maintain this standard and to keep the salon running smoothly, we would appreciate your cooperation with the following.
Our Cancellation Policy: Deposit is required upon all bookings that are an hour or longer. We require a minimum notice of 48 hours for cancellation of these appointments to avoid losing your booking deposit. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill and is completely refundable with the stated notice of cancellation.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hour advance notice – or 48 hour advance notice in the case of emBrowdery appointments – to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than the stated notice is given and we are unable to fill your slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.
